The PPA Awards recognise and celebrate the individuals and companies who have demonstrated excellence. We want our shortlist to represent as many businesses and individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds as possible. To create a true industry benchmark, we need you to enter and champion your business and those within your teams.

Entry deadline: Monday 9 February 2026. 

Earlybird entry price deadline: Friday 9 January 2026.

Eligibility period: 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Jan 2026

PPA members and independent publishers receive discount on their entries with the codes below. 

Entry rates are listed before any membership or independent publisher discount is added. To secure the discount use the relevant discount code at final stage of checkout:

Independent Publisher non-member (20% off listed price): INDEPENDENT26.

Complete the form and process your entry to secure early bird discount, with the ability to edit your entry before the final deadline.

 2. Fill out the entry form (placeholder text and documents are fine for now)
3. Complete the transaction (select invoice or pay by card)
4. You'll then have until Monday 9 February to edit and finalise your entry

You will be asked to detail your success in 500 words. Please ensure that you address each individual category criteria point in this supporting statement, as this is what the judges will be scoring against.

Provide evidence of your achievements with up to 200 words of results. Important note: When completing the section on your results, financial or otherwise, give context by comparing to previous years, your business plan, or the rest of the market. Any results given without context are hard to judge and may weaken the entry.

You will have the chance to upload three supporting documents, which can include full editions where space permits (max 40MB per document). If you are providing links to information behind a data or pay wall, please make sure to include login details for our judges. It goes without saying, but make sure your supporting documents best showcase the story you are trying to tell with your entry.

All information submitted will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of judging, unless we ask your permission to turn your entry into a case study.
