  • Our caterers 'Create food' design dishes sourcing only the highest quality seasonal and sustainable ingredients, prioritise suppliers who are artisanal small business from within London, introducing a fully electric fleet of vehicles to cut down on their carbon footprint.
  • Our event suppliers have sustainable and responsible solutions with recycling and waste minimisation solutions
  • Programmes are printed using FSC certified and Carbon Balanced paper via the World Land Trust's offsetting scheme.
  • Promoting green ways of travelling to all guests.
