Your ticket includes a delicious three-course meal along with a cocktail welcome reception, and unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks all evening.

Awards host

We are so excited to announce critically acclaimed comic, Nish Kumar, as our host for the evening. Nish has achieved huge success on the stand-up circuit with five rave reviewed solo stand-up shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, two of which have been nominated for the prestigious comedy award for best show in both 2015 and 2016.

Alongside stand-up you can catch Nish on the likes of Q.I, Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, The John Bishop Show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Taskmaster. Nish has hosted his own satirical, spoof news series, The Mash Report, for BBC Two.

Entertainment

For the second year the PPA Awards will delight in the HAC’s garden, where guests can soak up the summer sun, as well as enjoy exclusive use of the private funfair - complete with dodgems, a carousel, games stalls, and big wheel!

Expect delicious food and free-flowing drinks throughout the evening. As well as performances from Mark De-Lisser's award-winning ACM Gospel Choir and our resident saxophonist. Look out for a couple of extra funfair friends and make sure you don't miss the after-party going off with a bang!
